Mr. Bhajanka is the chairman of Star Cement Ltd, having 50 years of industry experience in Plywood, Laminates, Ferro-Alloys, Ferro Silicon, Granite, export and import and Cement, building materials Industry. He is also the Chairman of Century Plyboards (1) Ltd - the largest producer of plywood, laminates and block-boards in India and is considered an icon of the Indian Plywood industry. Additionally, Mr. Bhajanka is also the Chairman of Shyam Century Ferrous Ltd., one of the leading manufacturers of Ferro Silicon in India.

Mr. Chamaria is a promoter Director of Star Cement Ltd. He has a rich experience of 36 years in the cement and concrete sleepers industry with excellent project execution skills and production knowledge. Mr. Chamaria is a partner at Nefa Udyog Ltd. that deals in the timber business on a large scale in Arunachal Pradesh and a Director at M/s Donypolo Udyog Ltd., which is into concrete business and manufacturing of different types of concrete sleepers.

Mr. Agarwal has business and industrial experience of about 36 years. He is also the Managing Director of Century Plyboards (India) Limited. He is the key driving force behind the successful marketing of the ‘Star Cement’ and ‘Century PF’ brand and its distribution, besides his immense contribution to management aspects of the company.

Mr. Bhajanka is a well-known industrialist who has a rich industry experience of 43 years. He is the Managing Director of M/s Century Plyboards (India) Ltd. Mr. Bhajanka is also the promoter director of M/s Namchic Tea Estate Pvt. Ltd. and M/s. Lal Pahar Tea Estate Pvt. Ltd., which are having tea estates in India’s North-Eastern region.

Mr. Tushar Bhajanka, is the Deputy Managing Director of Star Cement Ltd. Mr. Bhajanka has completed his M.Phil in Economics from University of Cambridge and worked as a consultant in London in the initial phase of his career. Currently, the young entrepreneur is responsible for driving the overall business in Star Cement & actively pursuing the future growth initiatives of the organisation.

A Chemical Engineer by profession, he is an alumnus of Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai. His 30-year-long career includes a 22-year stint in the Cement Industry. Responsible for conceptualizing, Engineering, Implementation & commissioning of all projects. Achieving higher outputs, energy conservation, cost optimization, environmental sustainability, statutory compliances have been his forte. He has also deep interest in logistics performance optimisation, capital markets, renewable & non-conventional energy, business development, strategic planning and M&A. He is a Member of Research Advisory Committee (RAC) of NCCBM (National Council of Cement and Building Materials).

Mr. Nirmalya Bhattacharyya, is the Independent Director of Star Cement Limited. He is a First Class Master Degree holder (M.Sc.) in Statistics and possessing more than 5 decades of experience especially in the fields of Banking, Finance, Accounts, Administration and Social Services etc., and an accredited practitioner of MBTI suits of instruments. He also holds the Advance Certification in Data Science and AI conducted by iHUB DivyaSampark at Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee in association with Department of Science & Tecnology.

Mr. Amit Kiran Deb holds a Master's Degree in Political Science from Allahabad University. He joined the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) in 1971 and was assigned to West Bengal cadre. Thereafter he served the Governments of West Bengal and Tripura as well as the Union Government in various capacities. During his long career, he held several important positions and postings such as Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Education & Social Welfare Departments, Government of Tripura, Joint Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat and Joint Secretary, Department of Electronics, Government of India. He represented Government of India in the GATT negotiations in Services in Geneva. He served as Home Secretary and then Chief Secretary to Government of West Bengal before his retirement. He is serving as the Independent Director of Star Cement Limited.

Mr. Vivek Chawla is the Independent Director of Star Cement Limited, having rich and varied experience over 4 decades, in the industry across functions such as management, operations, manufacturing, strategy sales & marketing, projects, logistics, commercial and Mining. He is pioneered in large scale transformation programs in sales, logistics and manufacturing, led strategic initiative into captive coal blocks, obtained additional limestone mining leases for future growth of the company, conceptualized and executed large-scale capital investments including acquisitions and has managed large work forces, trade unions and external stakeholders.

He was the Chief Secretary of Govt. of Uttar Pradesh and was District Magistrate of Nainital, Bareilly and Meerut and was also Vice Chancellor of Meerut University, Chairman & Managing Director of UP, Power Corporation, Principal Secretary-Home, Principal Secretary- Irrigation, Joint Secretary-Fertilizers, Govt of India, Sales Tax Commissioner and Vice Chairman of Meerut & Kanpur Development Authority etc.
