Job Information
  • Overall management of Sales & Marketing & Responsible for P&L of the assigned geography
  • Analysing business potential, conceptualising & executing strategies to drive sales, augment turnover and achieve desired business targets.
  • Preparation of Business Plan & Budgeting.
  • New Market Development: Identifying potential areas/vertical segments for escalating business volumes and achieving sales& contribution targets.
  • Customer Portfolio development & sustainable customer retention strategy
  • Assisting the channel partners to meet their business targets and achieve profitable ROI.
  • Leading, nurturing & developing team for exceptional performance.
  • Target setting, Forecasting & performance reviews of the sales team.
  • Develop strong market intelligence and monitor competition activities on trade channel related matters and proactively devise strategy to counter & mitigate adversity.
  • Ensuring speedy resolution of queries & grievances to maximize customer satisfaction levels.
  • Effectively decreasing the Average Credit Days of the dealers.
  • Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable dealers, distributors and retailers, resulting in deeper market penetration, wider market coverage and improved market share.
